How do I go about contacting and hiring you?

We are available for both commercial and significant residential projects. We are always available to speak with you about your project and look forward to hearing from you. We will provide you with a free quote on your project and allow you ample time to make a decision. We will gladly provide you with references and we guarantee all of our work. Where do you offer your services - My property is located in... ?

We here this question all the time. The answer is it depends. Generally speaking, we work all across the Dallas / Ft. Worth area generally starting at Interstate 30 in downtown Dallas to Interstate 30 in downtown Ft. Worth and north as far as Alliance airport to the north of Ft. Worth and Denton to the north of Dallas. For larger construction projects we are available essentially anywhere in the North Texas area in addition to parts of East Texas.

What are my payment options, how does this work?

Payment for our services is normally expected upon completion of work. We accept most standard forms of payment including the preferred method, checks drawn against US accounts, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and PayPal. We also accept purchase orders for smaller jobs from commercial clients with prior notice and on approved credit. For larger projects an initial payment may be required prior to the start of work.

When are you available - what hours do you keep?

Generally speaking, we are available business days excluding New Year's Eve / Day, Easter, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Day from 7a to 5p.  We have crews that work both days and nights - whatever it takes to meet our clients needs. Just about the only time we are not able to perform our services are when temperatures are at or below 45 degrees - or are expected to be below freezing within 8 hours of a scheduled wor. Other types of severe weather or local, state or national emergencies may also prevent us from performing our services. Services in areas zoned as residential are generally limited to Monday thru Saturday from 7 am to 7 pm CST. DFW Pavement Services will do everything possible to meet your scheduling needs.
